no. this idea is bad.

either people are going to member bash, or people are going to just be so sickly sweet its just going to seem all so fake.

feelings towards people work both ways. if we're ONLY having positive shoutouts, then this is no different from members we love/admire.

if we're gonna do this, then i may as well say: heather, if im completely honest, i never used to like you... i dont really know why, i just didnt. one ofthose things. but these last couple of months, i've seen you around a lot more, and changed my mind. you do a great job with modly duties, from what ive heard, and handled that whole thing with jeanna with grace.

say what you would say in anonymous shoutouts, but directly . . . as long as you abide by the rules. if you're going to be honest with someone and it may hurt their feellings then put it in a constructive form, instead of "you're ugly", or something. if you're going to say you dont like someone, then say why in a constructive manor

Whatever the mods say, I thought it would be a good idea since most people have such obvious shoutouts on anonymous shoutout that their post is practically spam. If the mods want to close it they can/ or they could leave it open. It would give people a chance to talk to people they are afriad to PM.

Why not allow something to happen when it hasn't even done any damage yet? You could do the anonymous shoutouts in PM too, but it's here.

Just give it a chance. Anything going wrong and it'll be gone in an instant.
