Css, Css help. Options

I did the css thing, but my background color isn't showing. So I tryed to do it on paint then host it and out it in the code, but it still didn't work. Can anyone help meee?

Well a CSS Stylesheet is one thing but you can try a profile gennerator at either the
[BBZ Profile Gen.] or[Mygen Profile Gen.]
Besides which stylesheet were you using?

I'm using one of the ones fomr cb.
I don't know which one, but yeah. I was just wondering if there was a more detailed one.

So let me explain to you..

We open a style tag and assign the type of css = <style type="text/css">
Then we choose to change a body's property = body {
Now what we want to modify its the background color = background-color: color here ;
We close the key to show there will me no more modifications to body = }
And finally close the style tag = </style>
