ok I keep trying to make my "about me" section smaller but it dosnt work it actualy changes the postition can any of you guys help me. If you have to change the font thats fine I cant seem to be able to do that either.

Make sure you have "margin-left: ##px" and "margin-top: ##px". Always make sure when you want to make it smaller, to edit the height and width and not the margin numbers.
