I dont know what to do with the exponet like the one question is.....
9d square 7 __________ 3d square 6 what do i do with the exponets? Then another question is to find the product 2c squared d (4cd- dsquared) |

If you're dividing, you subtract the exponents.. so for the first one you would get 3d.... for the second one.. I don't understand the question.. from how you wrote it...

Do you mean...
![]() In that case...when all the numbers and variables of the numerator and the denominator are multipled together, you can "cancel out" some things. Like the d^2 (d squared) and the 7 on the top and bottom. You can cross those out, and now you're left with 9/3. You can simplify that as 3. For this one, do you mean ![]() In that case...use this as an example. a(b-c) = ab-ac Soooo. 2c^2d(4cd-d^2) = (2c^2d)(4cd) - (2c^2d)(d^2) And you can figure that by yourself. =p |
