There are game topics in Technology. Game related threads go in there.

Under Technology for computer-related games, and for normal games... I think it goes under The Lounge instead of Entertainment. ermm.gif

And yeah, games are entertainment, however, the ones played on an eletronic device are more suitable to be in technology.

Because we don't need one. What's wrong with the technology forum.

Think of it this way, a sub-forum for X-Box, PS2, GBA, etc.?
There'd be like, 10 topics max in each of them.

Then create one subforum for all game consoles and with all the examples you just gave, look, that's already 30 topics. There are several gaming consoles, so it might attract more interest than one would think.

Even so, I think it would be an issue of topic count. In Technology, there's not really enough game topics to warrant a subforum; there's not really enough non-game topics to warrant a games subforum, either.

When i first came onto CB i was suprised that there wasn't a game forum. But then it hit me, the people that want these game forums are probably too busy playing these games to join a forum and talk about them. (Excusing the official game websites).
There are a number of threads in the Technology section on these games. There just hasn't been sooo many of them that we NEED a game section.
But play the arcade to get out your frustration and get a top score and smile :) you'll feel better about this.

You know, even if there was a games subforum, it would still tie in with Technology anyway. We try to create forums and subforums that acquire broad and vast topics. :]
