I'm in a realationship right now, and I'm not liking it. This girl that I'm going out with is a really shy person. And I was wondering, is there a way that I can break up with her without hurting her feelings? She seems really sensative, and I just don't want to hurt her...

well if you don't want to be her boyfriend anymore, just tell her how you're feeling. maybe she'll open up more and become more outgoing. if not, just say you'd feel more comfortable being friends.

i had this problem also, ok the way to do it is over aim. Yes it will hurts for a while, depending on how close you were. So you can break her heart and yours, or you can keep it alive ^ like they said. But if its a must t break up with her tell her something like this, "I cant help that i cant talk to you" communication is a big thing so thats a good reason, or. "Sorry but i cant stand how you act, it makes me think you dislike me" something like that. =)

Ugh don't break up with her over aim! That will make her feel like she isn't worth it! You go and tell the girl you can't be with her anymore. Simple and painful but she will get over it. do it face to face. doing it online or over the phone is chickening out, especially if you were the one that asked her out (IF IF IF). and if you want to try and work it out, then tell her how you feel. communication's the key, right?

ewww who DOES that? meaning who breaks up with someone online or on the phone?! are you NUTS? whatever you do please dont do it like that...atleast have the guts to tell her face to face. if you're REALLY not willing to work things out and make an effort to get her to open up tell her how you're feeling. don't torture yourself if you're not wanting to even make it work. if you're willing to make it work then just do things that will make her be more open. like...go on group dates. lols..try something that involves a lot of socializing and a lot of participation =)

Well if you really really really want to break up with her, just go up to her and tell her in the nicest way possible that it's just not working out.
It has nothing to do with her, it's just that there is no more feeling. Other then that, wait it out. |

as other people said, try to keep it alive. go on a special date, nothing fancy, just like a walk around with roses, and you should just talk talk talk.
if not, just tell her honestly why you want to break up. but IN PERSON is a must |

There is no way to go and break up with her without hurting her. Even if you try making her break up with you it hurts as well. I think you tell her, tell her that you guys hardly talk. It'll make her realize what she hasn't been doing.

What ever you do, dont do it in a public place with a lot of people. She'll feel embarrased. Tell her to her face and be easy about it. Tell her your feelings about your relationship and maybe you could work things out. Good Luck
