help on new layout Options

my computer crashed last night and I lost all of my data so i decided to start a knew layout I am almost done accept for the following

my place that holds the claf and junk wont get out of my blog area and into the area i need it to go ( main problem)

I hope that maybe one of you can help me choose some better colors for my scrollbar
