Overlay Background Prob, Background being cut off |

Im working on my second div overlay and for some reason my backgrounds is perfectly aligned to the left when the window is maximized, but when its made smaller it cuts the background off instead of pushing it over.
my myspace Is there any way to fix it so it pushes the background and content over instead of cutting it off?
