does it seem like that most wealthy ppl when the lottery? most of the time the people that when the lottery are people that already have money. there's like never people that have absolutely nooo, money that when the lotto. (except for the money they buy the lotto ticket with)

No, I've seen cases where people that weren't wealthy have won the lottery. I think the person who won that super lottery in the tri-state area wasn't wealthy.

The guy from Oregon won some lottery, and it was because he bought $40 worth of tickets.
Props to that guy. If you win, you win. If you're wealthy + you win, well hot damn it must be your day. |

Err, I find that people who win the lottery are desperate for the money. I mean, why would a rich person use up a huge chunk of their money to, well, make more? They have enough...I find that retired, middle class couples with nothing to do win most often.

The lottery is good for having financial security, they don't give you 2 million lump sum, they give you 100,000 for 20 years.

Hmm that wouldn't be fair. And yes there is 99% chance that the rich people can win a million lotto because they have lotta money to buy the lotto tickets. That's stupid of them then. I mean the low income needs money too!!!!! what selfish rich people then.
