If your having a really bad time, go to the dermatoligist. I'm sure they can help you some how, even if it's just tips on how to prevent it.

I had bacne. My doctor gave me this cream and it worked really good. But I don't remember what it was called or anything. Plus you can get a bunch of samples from your doctor like I did until you find one that works. :D

I've had mild bacne before. I don't know if this will help you seeing as you have a bad case of it, but I started using a loofah/pouf on my back everyday usually with body wash. It decreased a lot.

Bust open a tube of toothpaste, spread it over a large piece of poster board [glossy side up] and take off your shirt.
Roll your back in it.
;]
That'll do the trick.

^NATALIEEEE!! throb.gif Where have you been, woman?! Anyway, will that seriously work? blink.gif

I only have a little. ;x Um, I got this Neutragena (sp?) bodywash acne cleaner stuff that helped stop the acne for a while. You should buy it :] Or any other type of acne bodywash. Oooor....you can just go toyour doctor and ask them for a cream to help get rid of it :]

you should try regular acne wash... my mom once told me that stuff for the face usually work better so they'll probably work on the back.

if its not too much, but make sure you are soaping well enough. and if you exercise and tend to sweat, the pores on your back are being clogged because of the sweat. make sure you guys are wearing cotton when you work out. the skin on your back is tougher than skin in other areas which makes it prone to acne.
