It's an animation.
You can use Jasc Animation Shop 3, or Adobe Imageready to make that.  Since it's an animation, lets move this.  Topic Moved: Web Design |

An animation is when you have the so-called moving images.
Do you have any of those programs? Here, you can find many tutorials on animation. =) |
