That's a .gif... not flash at all. So like she said ^ just get an animation program, take pieces of the word, and put a blur animation on them.

..... There isn't one for that. Just.... Search for image ready tutorials and then kinda play around. It's much more fun that way.

After messing around with the Image Ready for awhile, I finally figured it out. :P
