Image Mapping, and Links Options

I'm having trouble image mapping my xanga layout and i was hoping maybe you could help me out. You'll see on it a bar at the top with nothing in it. Could you possibly tell me how I would html that so I could input links and such in?
And also my navigation bar at the bottom. Everytime I code it with the ImageMapper it never works for me. I was wondering could you possibly guide me through where I am going wrong or if you would be ever so kind as to do it for me so I can learn for next time.
