Ok, so we all know it's like some right (sp?) of passage - the first job. Whether it be a McJob or whathaveyou, what was yours and how did you feel about it?

I'm working my first job now. Actually, I'm in training for it. I work for MBNA Credit Card company as a COS. I'm making good money from it though - $8.50/hour. SCORE!!!

My first job was as a tutor. They were elementary school kids so discipline(sp?) was a big factor. It was pretty easy and fun. My boss was so awesome. She was more of a friend than a boss, but I still had respect for her.

i worked at a summer camp at the Museum of Natural Science. its really cool because you can sneak in free into all the exhibits (which usually cost a fortune) and get discounts on stuff in the gift shop. i still work there..

i dont feel like getting a real job.

My first job was a clerk at a local hardware store. I got paid a measly $5.50/hour. The job was really boring and I didn't like it too much, but somehow I managed to work it for eight long months.

I work as a web applications developer now, which means I write ASP/PHP applications for inserting, storing, and retrieving information from databases.

My first job was a book keeper at a nearby stationary store. All I did was file invoices, write up invoices, write checks, etc. I think I got paid around minimum wage ($5.50/hour?)

My first job (and current job) is a teacher's aide at my Sunday School. The pay sucks, though. I work for 2 hours and get $5. _dry.gif I'm planning on getting a real job sometime soon, though.

King Soopers. My first job, and I am currently still working there. I LOVE IT. I love it because it's like my own thing. It's really like a separate life from school. Like I have something special. To be completely honest, I don't think I would like it as much if my friends worked there. I get paid decent, I guess.. $6.91/hr.

My first job was working as a cashier for my grandpa until I turned sixteen and got a job working at Taco Bell (also one of my favorite fast food joints, go figure). I quit after a few months though because it got in the way of school.

i had a summer internship when i was 16, but i don't count that as a real job. i mean i made 3k that summer so it was pretty sweet, but... i don't know. my parents helped me get that job so i don't really consider that something real.

right now, i tutor kids once a week for $10 an hour and i got job that all by myself. woot woot.

My first job was at a bookstore, and i got about $6.50 an hour. I loved it! Working in a bookstore was so much fun to me. Currently i work at my mom's chiropractic office...eh and i don't really care for it too much. But it pays better...$8.00 an hour. As soon as I get more time i'm going to apply for Barnes & Nobles or something :)

I've babysat every since I was 11, but my first real job was working at Target as a cashier when I turned 16. I started at $7.80 and by the time I left 6 months later, I was making $8.15....which is more than I make now ($7.00).
