I don't think this is it but..
It looks slightly like BN Year 2000 http://1001freefonts.com/fonts/bfonts10.htm (second one on that page) I used to have that font and it's really bugging me that I can't think of the name.... |

I've found many similar fonts on DaFont, but somehow the "e" isn't the same as the one in the picture.
