I have never gotten detention ever, but I am sure I will sometimes this month. I've been late so many times so far this year.

I've never gotten detention. In high school especially, the teachers don't care.

Oh, now that I think about it, I have been in detention, although it was one of those instances where one person was being a tard so the rest of the class had to stay with them.

Actually, kind of. I had to pick up trash for like 20 minutes during lunch. That was in 7th grade though.

I've never had a real detention before. The last time I had "detention" was in freshman year, because I had a hellish Spanish teacher who gave out before school detentions for just about everything. I could usually get away with coming in 5 minutes before class, finishing my homework and calling is a day, though. That was the sole advantage of first period Spanish

I've never had detention before. I was going to because I asked to go to the bathroom during class and I like couldn't hold it, but I guess she forgot. This was last year. She got fired this year for being such a bad teacher.

but i had it the week before last for bothering the kids in detention .

i haven't had any detentions at all....this year. in middle school i got quite a few detentions (2 lunch detentions, 2 after school) but i didn't go to any of them...haha. now that im in high school im gunna try not to get any since it gets put on ur permanent record.

The school that I am at right now doesn't have detention.
When I was in 8th grade, I lived in detention. I was always late to my first class, and the teacher hated me.
