Sorry Im invading the Boy's locker room, I just need help + a guys opinion

Okay I am having some sort of a weird situation, I like this guy for almost for 4months. We go to the same high school, had Junior year English class together last year. But this year, I have no classes with the guy- I feel like its sort of harder to talk to him on AIM b/c I dont want him to feel like I have no friends and that i mainly IM him first. Because what I am trying to do is get to know him. And I dont wanna sound like i am bothering him in anyway. Its just one thing I can do to see how he's doing and type things like that. I just wanna know are there topics i can talk to him about, probably find out if he likes me or anyone else, and probably find ways to hang out with him. b/c i did give him my cell # last yr in his yearbook just to hang out and what not..but he hasnt called, and theres days i ask him (which was during the summer) if he did anything..He would say no a couple of times, so why didnt he call me to hang out? Please help guys, its better (to me) that i get a GUY'S opinion on this than girls.

Honestly, just talk to him on AIM, you might think that you have a stalkerish persona, but I highly doubt he will think so. Just open a convo by saying like "Long time no see...blah blah" and go from there.

I still do talk to him, but Im always sort of planning of things to say before i IM him; and sometimes I run out of topics to talk to him about..but when it comes for him to guess who i like. MAN he goes crazy like heck! Just trying to guess who it is and whats weird is that WHY wont he guess himself?

Well, when you said that he goes crazy, it could be that he is flirting and trying to give you a sign that he might like you.

or probabaly he just likes to know b/c i talk about "him" alot..--and he doesnt even know its himself- or he likes gossip--haha he said that but he was j/k..haha guys like gossip..pshh. How do i know for sure he likes me? it would be really weird if i come out of nowhere and ask him WHO DO U LIKE?

i don't think there is anything bad about IM anyone.. me and my girl met because she got my SN from someone on our swim team.. she was one of the girl's i never talked to. she probaly didn't have the same practice but until I learned of her, i didn't know who she was. we talked through IM alot and bam.. we are together.

just im sometime and be like hey are you doing something on whatever day and then if he says no, ask him to do something either with friends or without friends.

you should ask HIM who he like next time he asks you.

Well, you could give it a shot, but to be honest, if you give someone your number and tell him to call you sometime but he doesn't, and he never IM's you, he's probably not that interested. I know that sounds really harsh, but it's usually best to face up to that.

Of course, there's a chance that might not be the case here, in which case you'll have to go with your gut instinct.

no i get what ure saying, mipadi. I used/somewhat still think that if he didnt call me..that hes not interested..its hard to accept that. But i only gave my cell # if he has nobody else to hang out with..not like i asked him, okay lets hang out at the mall on sat or sthing like that. just for him to keep it there when hes no one else to hang out w/. and he does IM me first a few times, its not like he never did --b/c he did. but i just feel weird just i unno usually im the one usually im'ng him first. but FOR THE GUYS, WHY WONT HE GUESS HIMSELF?! when he wants to see who i like, i mean i would guess myself to joke around you know?

maybe he's scared that if he guesses himself he'll find out you like him and since he may not like you he'd feel weird about it. either that or he thinks theres no way you could ever like him so he doesnt bother saying himself.

ask him who he likes. ask him if he wants to hang out sometime. don't give hints and crap. just be forward i guess.

i know how you feel and what you mean, but back to the matter. if i was you take some time off and think of a nice place or a good time to talk to him. ask him around a monday or tuesday to make plans with you on the weekend, and if you do ever get a chance to be with him, be straight-forward. i bet when the date is over you will feel relieved from alot that was on your mind

just try to talk that should always work, for me im really shallow so ya i cant give good input here
