Don't sue me if there's a topic like this already, I searched.
Okay, so. I have a boyfriend who I really, really, really like and possibly even love. But, I have a crush on this boy in a few of my classes. I flirt with him during school but when I get home and talk to my boyfriend I realize that all I want is him. So, here's the question - Should I feel bad about having a crush on this kid/flirting with him? Because I do. |

I've known of a couple people that have gone through the same thing. I personally would take it as a sign of mix feelings because if you really really really like and possibly love your boyfriend like you say you do then you should ONLY have eyes for him but that's just my opinion.
I've also heard it's normal for someone to be in a relationship and still have crushes.. but if you act upon your feelings for that crush then I guess that's where the guilt comes in because it's your conscious telling you it's wrong. |

it's not necessarily cheating. you just think it is because your boyfriend won't like it.
people usually like it when someone likes them or is fond of them. just don't lead him on

As long as you dont act upon that crush...I dont see a problem with it.
You shouldn't feel bad. You know that you are "possibly in love" with your boyfriend..so..as long as you know that and aren't going to be forgetting it anytime soon..there's nothing wrong. |

Hmm, well I'm kinda going through the same thing... I think I still like this guy at my school, but I know that I love my boyfriend. As long as you don't act upon the crush, it isn't as bad. And, you can't help how you feel anyways.

i know what your going through. i kinda feel that way sometimes toward certain guys that arent my "boyfriend-ish person" but when i get home i feel bad and like i cheated on him but i didnt, and your not either.

I'm going through the same thing... it may feel like it's wrong 'cause you know your boyfriend wouldn't be happy, but as long as you don't act on the crush, it's not bad. You can't help that you're attracted to other guys.

if you think ur in love with your boyfriend, your not. if you have a crush on another guy and say u love your boyfriend is some bullsht. stay with your boyfriend since it seems he hasnt done anything wrong to you.

as long as you don't do anything intimate with this person, then it's fine... by intimate, i'm not limiting it to anything sexual... i mean.. if you start sharing your deepest, most inner thoughts with him.. if you start to phone him in the dead of the night just because you wanted to hear his voice.. get it..?
you like (possibly love) your bf, right? it's not like you're replacing him or whatever.. but of course your boyfriend might not see it that way..... to be on the safe side (which i always try to be on), i'd stop with the flirting and just treat him like i would any other male.. |
