ay,
a'ight, a while back therr waz a layout of snoop dogg and the doors which was made for a song, on the scroll bar there was written "snoop dogg & the doors" in a fancy "futuristic" way, when u went up or down tha page it would scroll up and down this image and it waz reapeated so...letz juss say, i wanted a pic on tha face of  that scroll bar, whatz tha code i would use?  one more question, i wanna make a pic to image map and make into a xanga skin (or layout iz they are officially called now...i think  ) im wonder what a good size iz for tha whole setup, for instance...THIS tutorial teaches you how to slice up tha image to use, well iz the original image (HERR) a good size or would yall recommend a larger or smaller one... thankz

Uhm I can answer your first question. You can really have an image on the scrollbar I think they might have used transparent scrollbar and put the image where the transparent part of the scrollbar was, and I think it is only possible for DIV that have scrollbars.

Or can you show an example...? Second question :: I suggest around 600x400 for a self-contained layout and about 600x450 for a vertically stretching layout. |
