Custom Friends separated from comment box, how do i make them 2 separate tables? Options

i made a custom friends table a long time ago, and i also have the comment box, but they're both stuck together in one table, and i cant figure out how to separate them. can someone help me out please? here's my myspace in case you dont know what i mean: http://www.myspace.com/alejis

also, does anyone have the link to a site that gives you the code for the button you can make that when people click it you know who has been on your myspace and all that? ive tried looking it up on google, on the search and on some sites that i have bookmarked, but i cant find it anywhere, and i cant remember where i saw it.
