cry.gif i seriously do not know how. I'm in grade 9.. and my science teacher told us to do an overview of chapter one.. and i'm wondering...

do we use white paper or line paper?

do i write chapter one big?

does it have to be center? cuz if it does >_> then it's hard ><;;

do we have to draw on it? cuz my teacher said 'some colour'

yes. i should've asked but i was too into the weekends to worry about my homework. pinch.gif

Mhm. can anyone give me an example of a simple overview? ^^

ps. it's hard because, my teacher expects us to write it without computer.. o_o;

an overview is a summary of the chapter.

the most simple thing for you to do is pick out the key terms, which are usually bolded or italicized, and focus your summary around those key terms.

overviews can be as short as 3 sentences to as long as a page depending how long or how detailed the chapter is.

Well, when I do an overview, I usually outline the chapter, and make note of the key terms either by bolding or underlining them.
Usually, you will use lined paper if you're writing by hand. The style you make it is up to you.
