here's a layout i just made. it features frank iero from my chemical romance. it's the second layout of this particular style that i made, and i'm not too sure i really like it. any suggestions would be appreciated, and i still have the .psd, so i can change anything. mostly, i'm really unsure about the text i used for the name of my site, and how i placed it on the layout.
i made two versions, one with a solid colored background, and one with a patterned background. which one do you like better? here they are: patterened background  solid background:  EDIT: colorized the image of frank:

Whoaaaaaa.. how cool !!
I guess I can only say that uh.. the pencil outline from the knee to the guitar looks kinda funky. It should go next to the body and guitar itself.. and it'll probably look nicer with more pencilling. But uhm yeah. It looks frikkin' awesome. And and. If you used brushes don't forget to credit ! And and. I think the first one looks better. :D |

The graphic looks best with the grey/black striped background.
Awesome job though; It looks fantastic. |

actually both look great! good job. the pencil outlines over the person is a bit too much though.

go with the stripes, and holy that looks way aweome.. major props to you, most of the time when ppl use the pencil tool it ruins their picture.. but not for you

I'm really digging the brushes. It looks great! I like the first one with the darker background. The lighter background doesn't look as good.

Oh my gosh!! I love them both so much it's hard to choose!! o__o But i'm definitely with everyone else on one of the patterned background ones. I think i'm leaning more towards the colorized version because it matches everything else more. Great job. =]

Actually the colourised one is kinda cool...so you know, I'd go with either the first or the third one. Pattern all the way. :> I really like the pencil effect too.

The brushes really match the picture. I prefer the first and third one. They're both nice. Good job. :)
