Looks good. I like the tats also and the colors u chose for skin tone. Try to make it blend a lil bit more and it will be a masterpiece to me.

The shading around the nose is a bit weird. It seems sort of like an outline rather than a gradual shading. Like, to me, it doesn't look exactly like a nose, more on the side of a button mushroom.
