Help with Image Going Above my Name, Code Not Working Options

I cannot seem to get the code right and was wondering if you someone could please help me? I have tried putting it at the end and beginning of my create a blog. I replaced the portion with my link but when I do it is going half over where my name is and cutting off and showing just the first part of my lmage. Sorry to bother you!
