Underground Rock Bands

Submersed ("Hollow" is one of the best songs ever!)

Ra( CD is called "From One" and it rocks)

Strata (seen them live 3 times, they are kickass)

Lo-Pro (one of my favorite CDs of all time, self-titled)

Denver Harbor

The Exies (getting bigger but not big enough yet, I love these guys)

has anyone heard of any of these guys?

Great list.

I hope Talib and Mos make a follow-up to the Blackstar album.

That would be dope but I think they should just leave the past in the past and continue with their solo careers. I mean they're doing good right? I'm still waiting for a new Fugees album and how 'bout a new Tribe CD?

Figured I'd throw a few out there:

- Breather Resist
- Consume Consumer
- Monday In London
- Unit Like Stereo
- The White Octave
- The Anniversary (especially Designing For A Nervous Breakdown)
- Corn On Macabre

A new blackstar CD is coming out soon. I saw a couple bootlegs online but they were all fake. Consequence from ATCQ just released his first album "A Tribe Called Quence".

Hm....

Dope Stars. Inc
Deadstar Assembly
The Birthday Massacre

just off the top of my head.

I'll agree with Dope Stars. Inc. but the other two, I say nee.

If you're into Dope Stars, check out Vanity Beach. They are the sh*t. They're like a harder version of Orgy.

My underground picks:
A Covenant Of Thorns<<<take Robert Smith of The Cure and lay his voice over some Depeche Mode, moody synthpop beats
Arkasai [Arkam Asylum]<<<frentic industrial rock...think Static-X with a more punk sound.
DeathBoy<<<not really underground, but definately not mainstream. Classified as "electronic death".
History of Guns<<<"post-industrial goth" ( I think someone invented a new gnere)
Je$us Love$ Amerika<<<think KMFDM only British and more pissed off
Winterland<<<If you like The Cure, you'll like this band.
Halo In Reverse<<<NIN's twin. nuff said.
HorrorPops<<<not really underground, but lesser known. I'd recommend them for fans of Jack Off Jill and other slower, girl-fronted punk bands
Machinae Supremacy<<<surreal, industrial techno.
Mortiis<<<watch videos, learn Mortiis. He's underground now, but not for long...so be cool and get into him NOW.
Lunatic Candy Kreep<<<if you like Lollipop Lust Kill or other underground nu-metal, then you'll like these guys.
No Clear Fix<<<if you like Type O Negative or any darker goth metal, you'll like this band. Trust me.
Strap On Sweetie<<<good female fronted industrial.
A Certain Kind of Different<<<if you're into Skinny Puppy, OhGr, or synthpop at all, then you'll like this band.

Well, I'm done for now. Ciao.
