Please girls, don't get any more tattoos in the lower back/upper ass area anymore. PLEASE. It has become known to many boys as a slut's area. They only think sexual innuendo when there's a tattoo in that area. Trust me, it won't make you unique, just trashy.

If you're not 18 don't get a tattoo. You'll regret. Sure at that moment you'll be thinking "I will never regret this I want it so badly" - You will regret it.

Not everyone regrets their tattoos. Sure, some people do, and try to get it removed, but that's not always the case. It's suggested that the tattoo has special meaning, so that you won't regret it. I suggest you really think about your decision and how it'll affect you in the long run.

Ok, I have a tattoo First of all, how old are you? I was about to turn 16 when I got mine. Next, make sure you are getting your tattoo for the right reasons... not to be trendy or that... but something you will cherish forever. I got a cross because of my faith. Now, as for the pain... it really depends on where you are getting the tattoo. Mine is on my lower back, and it didnt hurt bad until the needle goes over the spine. It doenst hurt that much though... the lining of it hurts more than the filling. Caution!!! If you get a tattoo on your lower back, you cannot, I repeat, cannot have an epideral when you have a child... that is the pain shot they give you. You'll have to get an IV drip or go natural. Tattoos on the wrist are very painful... but lower back is the second most painful. Make sure the place is clean... and good luck! Remember to breathe, because you will pass out if you dont. (the girl next to me did...)

Sorry for the double post, but I forgot to mention another thing... even after the tattoo is healed, it will still burn at times. I've had mine for a yera now, and every once and a while it starts to burn and I have to lotion it... keep it lotioned, because they will burn forever. Yeap, im 18, and definitely not to be trendy. I don't really plan on showing it off to many people. I want it to be on my right hip actually, not lower back or anything. Yea, the hip's gonna hurt a lot since it's right over the bone. But I have some fat there, so I hope it'll be a bit bearable. Yeap, I read about the scabbing stage too, not pretty, but no pain, no gain. Hm, feet are also a very painful area to tattoo

Hmm... Are you a male??? I think not. You don't have the authority to say what you think the boys think. My man does not think I'm trashy, because I'm not ... I don't act trashy. You're only trashy if you get the tattoo just to show it off by wearing pants down to your crack and shirts up to your boobs.

Yeah, im thinking about getting one beside my hip bone going up a little onto my stomach...a dragon. and only the tail will be seen... right now i have a airbrush one of a gecko there...:o) I dunno though, just like everyone else, I'm scared of needles. :-x
