idk its uncomfortable sleeping with a bra on. I dont think anything will happen if you where one or not to sleep.

I always wear my bra on because
1 -- scared that I'll get saggy boobs in the future 2 -- don't really like to be naked that means I have no match to be in the show of American Next Top Model 3 -- Scared that a robbery come into our apartment and see my boobs or maybe touch it ewww!!!!!! haha 4 -- Scared that if there's a fire in our house and I can't find any of my clothes and have to go outside very fast...and realized that I'm half naked >.<; so yeahhh heh... |

you could wear one to sleep but nothing will happen vice versa. doctors say it really dosent matter because it depends on each girl and their fat tissue in their breasts or something. you should wear one anyways cause bras prevent from air circulating.
