i want to learn something else. i hate the clarinet. but i hear they have like crappy $50 insturments at wal mart, so i think i may pick up a flute or trumpet or something

I don't know if you've noticed, but at least for me, band teachers HATE flutes, especially if there's a whole shitload of those annoying things. I want to change to clarinet, maybe tenor saxophone...my flute is truly getting on my nerves. |

my band director hates the clarinets more than anything, because he was a clarinet player, so hes never satisfied with us.
i probably wont go with flute, but i dont suppose it matters a whole lot, because i wont play in class either way |

i hate people who think the only decent instruments are the guitar, piano, and drums because theyre the only ones that can be used in a "real" band. well guess what, bitches, plently of bands have saxes, and if youre so f**king indie, you should appreciate more instuments than 3. i hate ignorant people

I played the recorder in the third grade. And the violin in the fourth and fifth grade. And piano for four months. I hated my teacher so I quit. I wasted a whole lot of money. I wish I went to another piano place with lessons once a month. But then again, my mom would say no and that's a waste of money. My mom still wants me to go back to piano practice because she said I had talent becasue I moved up to intermediate or advance class in a period of four months. But I'm too lazy. Instead I have my ass glued to the computer chair.
