I hate my name because it sounds like a guy name. I do know girls named Toby though, but if I see a guy named that, my god. I will get really blushy and hate myself.

My name is fairly uncommon, but when someone else does have my name, in my head I'm think, "OMG, bitch has my name!"
Yes, I know it's ridiculous, but I like to think I'm special for having a unique name. I'm delusional like that. |

It gets really annoying because I have a common name. I usually go by my nickname because there are so many Amandas in my school and it gets so frickin confusing!

oh..well... i don't think i've ever experienced this before since i have a pretty unique name... "Hersa"... yeah, seems strange at first but you'll get used to it. some of my classmates call me "Hershey" since they said my name reminds them of that chocolate brand... but my friends call me "Yan-Yan" (which is, I think, quite a common Chinese name)

Well.. in Kindergarten, there were 5 "Rachel"s in my class... I was known as "Rachael T." I HATED THAT>....... still do.
But there really isn't anyone with the "a" in Rachael. So I guess that's nice. I haven't seen many people with that name. |

It doesnt bug me, because Kara isnt a very common name so yeah...
My sisters name is Brittany, and she said something about this other girl named britney and the girl was like "she has to be nice to me! we have the same name!" hahaha |
