i bite the skin on the tips of my fingers... like around the nails... idk why.. i also bite the skin off on the inside of my mouth... and i scrape off that mucussy stuff... like if you take your thumb or a finger or whatever, and scrape the nail across the inside of your cheek, there'll be all this white stuff... and idk... i just can't stop doing it...

I have quite a few bad habbits.
biting nails, gets rather annoying.  shaking - nervous break down. chewing the inside of my mouth. biting my lip and more.. |

I used to twirl my hair and my parents cut it off so I was forced to stop. Then I had this thing were I chewed on my hair when I was nervous...

i bounce my leg (either of them) almost uncontrollably....like i can just be sitting somewhere and i don't even know i'm doing it...people like try to make me stop like hold my leg down n stuff but it still does it...i think its kinna funny but it makes some people think i'm impatient
sometimes when i am excited about things or i'm trying to explain somehting i tend to slur my words together and sometimes i studder. oh and when i'm stressed about stuff...i have this urge to go smoke a cig...i've just about quit because that is a horrible habit...but i still do every once in a while...it kinna sucks because its bad 4 my health and all the people i love hate it... |

I just got over the biteing of the nails, but I still bite the skin around them and clicking my retainers together. I'll do it when I'm really bord or really nervious.

hmmm...i like to explode wrappers and bags. yea i also put my feet on my desk. i dont know why but i laugh and giggle uncontrollably and sometimes ppl see me and think im high on laughing gas...anger mgmt...and i sneeze w/o covering mouth, i just cover the side so it doesnt hit my face region
