I dont really chew my nail but I just chew it when its messed up or something and I dont like it when my lips look really dry like it look like its peelin so I pick at some noticeable parts.

I stopped biting my nails a while ago. but I still have a problem with my lip.
When I was little I realized if you feel pain a bigger physical pain will distract you from that. So I bite my lip often till I draw blood, and I focus on the pain in my lips and the blood on my tongue. It's a sick habit, you don't have to tell me twice. <33 Liz |

I've been biting my nails since I can't even remember... sometimes I can stop for like a month maybe but I don't know why I can't completely stop. Anyone know how? I've tried everything! I don't think I'll ever get over this habit.

I used to bite my nails in 4th grade. I stopped for a good while. Then I started doing it again last summer. =\ I can't stop. I try, but I can't. I also bite my cuticles. And uh... when my lips get dry, I lick them.

I used to bight off my pen cap and it woudl get all chewed up and stuff.. then I replaced that with my nails (bad idea, nails taste horrible) now one of my habbits is... you know one of those pens when you have to push the top to get the writing point? The one that has the a spring inside and stuff? Well when I get bored during class, I'd make clicking noises with it and get in trouble

I constantly play with my hair and stick it into my mouth and suck on it. I've been doing it as long as I can remember. And I also chew a lot on my sweatshirt strings. I love to do it ... tastes so good
