i am currently rolling around in a '04 VW R32... its okay i put on a supersprint exhaust,Autotech chip set with unrestricted ecu, a stronger starter coil,stronger alternator,better plugs and wires, full stainless cold air intake (also by supersprint), HPI short shifter, Bilstein springs,Bridgestone potenza tyres,Bilstein sway bars and thats about it... i am currently looking for a camshaft,camgears,valves,valve springs and bigger injectors.. then i ahve to wait for hpi to finnish there turbo kit .... but if it doesnt work out i am going to look into either a supra or skyline ... and no i am not talking the skyline thats comming out in america.... its retarded and goign to be slow as hell and a waste of money.. nissan will lose alot of die hard skyline fans over this in america..
My previous cars:.. ---Porsche 1984 933 slant nose with a gt2 engine conversion ... pretty peppy just not all that reasonable of a car... toatl cost was only about 6700.00 and i would smoke corvettes so big money doesnt mean speed ... --1994 civic hatch with a b16..... i HAD a turbo for it never put it on was a waste ... so was the car ... to much tinkering need for sutch a slow car ..but if i had the time/know how it couldve been fast ... for example the kid who bought it off me turned around and was running 11's 3 weeks after he bought it off me .. he slapped the turbo on it and he was golden... --1998 VW gti VR6 ......to much motor work to list and an EIP turbo upgrade i also had it bumped up to a 3.1 litre ... very fast .... to much power for the road i maxxed out the speedo many a time and in 4th gear no-less.. never topped 5th so all of these BIG MONEY cars... in my mind are personally a waste and the money can be spent more wisely and still get the performance out of them |
