I'm sorry to say this, but what the hell are you talking about?
Anyway, yea, I agree he's bad at speeches. But being President isnt a walk in the park. Sure, Clinton did better. But all that means is that he is worse than Clinton, not bad completely.
Depends on your view of "suckiness" so to speak.

I could just as easily say "no."
My views on Bush have been changed dramatically by this debate. mellow.gif

bush doesn't suck... you can't blame him for all of America's troubles. You begin to see the wonderful fruits of office LONG AFTER that president's term is over... if you want to know why we have some serious problems, let's examine our great pal, the moral, honest, respectable William Clinton... oh wait, no he was a dirty scumbag. Anyways, Bush couldn't prevent the September 11th attacks, even most liberals aren't stupid enough to refute that one. And Bush couldn't reverse Clinton's havoc fast enough to prevent ill effects. What Bush could have done is not gone to war... but who wants to sit at home like a bunch of sissies and say to the world "okay fine, just kill us whenever you want and we'll take it on our butts."

not me.

and if you were born in 1991, watch some freakin cnn before you reply in topics like these... no one wants to hear what your MOMMY thinks.

clinton has little relevance in the iraq wars and etc. so he slept with monica lewinski, at least he wasn't going about destroying all that america stands for, like el busho is doing. going to war is such a base thing. the number one country in the world should not be taking playground politics of, "he hit me so i should hit him back." no, thats bullshit. now that we've gone to war, everything is worse than before, and people are dead. awesome.

How is he destroying what America stands for? What does America stands for anyway? (aside from freedom)

People are too fickle. When 9/11 happened, everyone was hollering for some retribution, and now that something has been done, no one is satisfied.

What does it take to please a nation?

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!!! i mean bush here the high in mighty said Iraq had bombs of mass distruction so he started a war..so far we have YET to see those bombs he said Iraq had .......he is just destroying lives and killing people...i dont think we should be represented by a leader like him. and we are the ones paying for all of <weapons, bombs ect.>this so our country is going down just because bush wants to be more powerful

I'm not going to blame Clinton for anything, but Bush couldn't have stopped 9/11 either and he was the policy maker in office at the time of that crisis. Give him a break. What would you have done without knowing the consequences of today?

what the heezy? i never blamed clinton for september 11th. i blamed terrorists. so umm... no. and if you're making reference to my claim that clinton wreaked havoc on america, then i was referring to his "medical reform policies" and the economic situations he caused... nothing like disparity. anyways, so my face looks like the face of someone who doesn't go crazy emotional over debates, not like an "idiot face" - nice vocab choice anyways.

as much as i love you mel, clinton's medical policies helped america much better than bush's because back then we weren't paying high taxes for something that might never benefit us, but if we ever needed it we wouldn't have it because tehy're running low on money. yeah you "idiot face" haha

Why medical policies at all? When we had almost NO medicial policies in the 60s before LBJ, actually a HIGHER percentage of people had reliable health insurance than now.

there are so many idiots out there that do that anyways - are you going to yell at them when they become head of a company someday?

....I kinda disagree with you a bit...if tehy are going to affect the WHOLE United States, then I guess you would expect them to not be an idiot and not run America into ruin...... thin kabout it ....ho wmuch good has Bush done for us. WE are in a war in Iraq where we have no right to be and look at gas prices....did you know most of it is just taxes.....what has he done to help us?...... Older bush didn't do much either

Ok they knew we were coming from them, they live in the desert for goodness sakes. OF COURSE they would know where to hide their weapons. What kills me is "we haven't found these so-called WMD" who in their right mind would not hide the fact that they have WMD when someone is looking for them

kryo, name one bloody thing that dubya has done that has actually benefitted education? his war has actually taken money away from education, contrary to his shitty "no child left behind" plan.

they can't hide something that isn't there. even if it was hidden, it isn't possible to mobilise it without stirring things up, says NPR report.
