I had braces for about 1 or 2 years so far, I dont know when they are coming off... I also had that pallet expander thing which was really annoying/painful, thank God its off....

i have braces...i got them on the days after christmas a year ago and i'm getting them off soon...around the end of the summer...i did this poll in my class at the end of the year and everyone except for TWO people had braces, has them, or is getting them. I personally find that crazy...

braces arent as bad as everyone makes them out to be. i dont think getting them tightened hurts. alot of people say it hurts so bad but i dont think it does.
 i got mine in october...i've almost had mine for a year now  go me!!

i USED to have braces...got them taken out about 2 1/2 years ago...i had them on for 2 1/2 years too. it's okay i guess...kind of weird at the beginning. and the amount of pain depends on how crooked your teeth are. it doesn't hurt taking them off but it feels weird once they're gone because you're so used to having them there. i hated them before but now i have nice teeth so i'm happy.

I'm going to get braces...soon..My teeth or whatever are shaped in a V not a U...pft, I'm not allowed to get the Invisalign as they're not as effective. But I can't wait to get braces. The orthodontist said I needed them for 2 years or whatever.

i'm currently 16 n i got my braces this year in june. i've been having them on for nearly 3 months n my teeth r almost perfectly straight! =D i'm gonna be a metal mouth for at least 2 years, which means i won't be able to smile with my teeth showing for grad photos!
 lol! i'm gonna get my braces off before university starts though. dun worri about having braces during ur college years. think of it as a short-term treatment because in the long run, u're gonna have beautiful straight teeth for a long period of time! =)

heyy there!! i have braces too!! i just got them on about two months ago.. I wouldn't worry though, 4 yrz might be a while, but at least you don't have a retainer too!! yah.. thats right, i have braces (top and bottom) and a jaw sort of expander at the same time, so every month i get all of them tightened.. i figure it's all worth it when the end results come along!! I'm just glad i don't have to get them when im like 30!!

used to....now i have a retainer 2 wear evryday, it sux... but i dont wear it haha....i luv my new straighter teeth, and i use cret witestips....but u proly dont care lol
