Then isn't there a way TNL can enforce the rule that only members can have the siggie? I mean, just anyone can add a sig saying that he/she is part of TLN when he/she isn't.

What I'd do is ask for help from a higher power. *ahem* head staffs admins *ahem* after PMing the person and ask him/her to nicely remove it. Of course, this is something I'd ask for cB News but cB News isn't like TLN so I don't know what you can do. I guess you can try.

But again, don't try to think for me.
