Nick: Mitosis is asexual cell division. Before mitosis occurs, teh fetus is only ONE cell. As soon as it's two cells, Mitosis has occured. I have a 5 on the AP Bio test and a 770 SAT II Bio, I know what I'm talking about.

Also, Kathleen, the sperm and eggs are created by meiosis, not mitosis. The fusion is simply binary fusion. Mitosis first occurs when the zygote itself divides.

That's the thing...this one mainly deals with whether or not it should be legal. The other questions its morality...I thought I clarified that in the other one?

im against abortion but i dont condem the ppl who do it b/c they could of been raped or something. but i dont like it wen ppl no they could get pregnant and dont take pre cautions then decide to get an abortion just b/c they dont want it, or the ppl who have gotten numerous abortions

Maybe it wasn't a "mistake" but rape?

i dont think it shouldnt be alloweD! i think any1 should be able to have an abortion if they want to, and they shouldnt have to say WHY, because it might be something private- like who would want to say ive been raped??

Yeah, but then...if you got knocked up by your boyfriend, if it's kept private, you don't need to tell them that and you get off with it free...

if the girl was just being irresponsible and she chose to have sex, then abortion is wrong. if she was raped, especially if she's still really young, then i'm not so against it. but for those people who kill their babies when theyre like 5 months along n stuff, its just WRONG. some guy in my speech class gave a speech on it...and he provided pictures...and its just....WRONG!!! sad.gif

alright, all you pro life people consider this

the alternate to abortion is adoption.

how many kids have you adopted? will you adopt any kids?
adoption is putting your child in the hands of strangers, if there even are any.

some people can give thier child life, but not a life where they can go to school and have a good parent.

Living is better opposed to never living at all. I mean, if they truly don't like their parents, they're free to leave when they're eighteen. That's what's so great about this country. You can actually make something of yourself if you try hard enough.

alright, so when have you adopted a kid? to support pro life?

i think most pro life people are hippocrites.

they want all the kids to live- but they don't want to have to take care of them.

I'm fifteen years-old. Psh I've actually thought about adopting one, so you can't call me a hypocrite.
