i saw this movie tonight because everyoen in my school has been quoting from it. i wanted to actualyl see how good it really was.
what a waste of time. the movie was an hour and a half long...when it really felt lyk 3 hours. there are a few funny lines. but other then that, i dont find it at all humorous. |

The wedding isn't an alternate ending... it's an extended ending.

It was plain stupid. Sure there were funny parts but there was no plot or anything. No real substance. Plus there were more blank stares/not funny parts than there were laugh out loud funny parts. and what is so funny about "gosh, freaking idiot"? i say that all the time, even BEFORE the movie came out. haha. and i would say it all weird like he says it too.

that guy have almost like no emotion. Most of the time he stare and said like "cool dude"....very dulll. It pretty sad. HE live up in a family where he can't by whatewver he want. HE dress like a geek. |

i remember seeing the commercial and no one else knew about it. ever since that one commercial.. i wanted to see it.
so i did see it.. on DVD. i thought it was so hilarious! i started laughing even before the movie played! the first time you watch it you won`t get everything straight but then you`ll catch on at the 2nd watch. some people don`t like it cause they don`t have that humor and they`re used to the everyday//modern movies we have now. movies that have nudity, violence, and profanity. i think Napolean Dynamite is a great movie cause it doesn`t have those factors.

oh myyy ... i watched like the beginning of this movie.. .but then me and my friends stopped it cause it was SLOW and RANDOM.... but then i guess it was cause we didnt watch the whole thing.. cause everyone sed this movie was real funny

Personally, I loved it.
Great movie. No exact plot, but funny. I agree with whats above, that everyone knows someone like that, I do, there's a kid in my lunch group that looks just like him, all he needs is moon boots, and glasses, but he cut off all his curls. SO SAD! |
