i never fasted befored... im a christian.. or im a catholic they might be a big difference.. i know about lent but we dont give up food.. or i dont give up food.

My supervisor is fasting for the same reason.
Anyway, my Muslim friend fasted about... a month or two ago and I did it a couple of days with her but I could not keep it up. Must have food and water ON TIME. |

I have fasted before..but i could only last for like 2 days lol...but i don't fast because of a holiday or whatever. I have fasted tho for health stuff too...you know where you drink just water for a week straight to help you purge ur system and remove toxins or whatever...

Christian people don't do the fasting part. Well if they want to do it, then they can, but really it's not a traditional for Christian people to do <_<;;;;
I don't know where you heard that from, but you heard it wrong. I think the Islam people does that........ Anyways I never did a fasting thingy...
