actually guys get them all the time when they sleep. they are called nocturnal erections or how ever u speel it. i learned it in health class.

During puberty, guys get erections for seemingly no reason at all. But through maturity, we're able to control it more? I'm just goin off of 6th grade sex talk thingy..
