perhaps some more CBers should contribute their opinions on who would or would not make good staff members. afterall, they are the ones who have been exposed to these members' behaviors and the ones who are going to moderated by them.

^ Brianna, it's not about whether the applicant has a poo-load of posts, or whether they joined a while ago and etc. It's the member's attitude and how they react in certain situations, as well as dedication, consistency (in posting and helping out), and most of all, their contributions. It doesn't matter whether or not they've submitted skins. Helping out, giving advice when needed/asked, or even just introducing themselves to the newbies... It all counts because what they've done has helped createBlog grow, for the better.
And I'm not saying that Brie (despise) isn't any of this. Actually, this whole post is dedicated to Brie because she has done all of what I've listed above, maybe even more. And I completely agree with you about Brie becoming a staff member--she would be a great addition to the staff. EDIT: This post to show that it's quality, not quantity, that matters. So what if she has a huge quantity of posts! It's the quality of her posts that I've noticed. |
