Yes, people over the age of 18 ( or is it 21? ) CAN smoke pot. No one's stopping you, only yourself. And if you do decide to smoke pot, it's YOUR life and other people's life, say oh, if you get in a CAR CRASH, or say you accidently killed a man because you didn't know what the hell you were doing.

My policy on weed was don't diss it til you've tried it, because half my family smokes pot. So after a stressful day I tried some. Honestly? Its not that great. Nothing a capful of NyQuil doesn't do, plus there's the cost and the smell. I had to wash my clothes as soon as I got home then couldn't stay awake to save my life. Weed is not worth it.

You can't overdose on weed, by the way. There has never been a recorded dosage that you can OD on. Its the things like falling asleep at the wheel that you do while high that can kill you. Not weed directly. Note thats pure, real weed. Not the tampered with junk.

cigarettes should even be not allowed, i dont even know why they are legal. theres so many ppl smoking cigarettes, and death rate is increasing mainly because of cigarettes while those tobacco companies are making mad money by killing people, isnt that just like drug dealing but LEGALLY DRUG DEALING?

There is such a huge economic dependancy on cigarette sells. Even though we have the medical advancements that tell us cigarettes are bad, making them illegal would be a huge blow to the economy. Not to mention the revolt of the pissed off smokers.

It is currently quite impossible to make cigerettes illegal w/o starting a whole new generation of the black market.

Remember the liquor prohibition? After that, black markets began selling them like crazy. Crime went up, crowds in bars were hard to control, everything was so much worse that the gov't repealed prohibition. But the damage was done.

Now that the tobacco companies aren't stupid. They have branched their stinky paws onto household products. They've bought cereal companies, electronics companies, etc anything that is commonly bought. In this way, if cigerettes are banned, they can still continue their operations, except on a much more underground environment. Black markets would flourish once again from the ban. Crime would go up, as smokers' withdrawals can be very irrational.

Who cares if marijuana is addictive, do me a favor go pull out an almanac and look up two things
