Me and my ex had just broken up like last month , before christmas and Im ready to move on , so I decided to go to the mall and just wait there for my guy friend to come so we could go watch a movie..
I met this incredibly gorgeous guy , we started taking blahblahblah and he asked for my number and I gave him my house number , i wasnt thinking but i think I should have gave him my cell phone number..anywayss Its been 4 days basically and he hasnt called :X but has this ever happened to you? How long did he wait to call you? |

Yea the first time i met my boyfriend he asked for my number and i gave him my cell phone number. He sent me a text like 2 hours after i met him.
Just give him a few more days. You know what guys are like...Maybe he's just a bit shy. |

i never expect a call to people i give my number too, i usually give it to them so they'll leave me alone...that was when i was single
but with my boyfriend, he didn't have a cell when we first met, when he got one he eventually called me (probably a few days because it was awkward) but were just friends then, with my first ex, he gave me his number but we started out as friends, since i wasn't allowed to date he told me to call him like that very night, my second ex called me maybe a few hours later, and my third ex called me the next night, and any other people, i either ignored or made it clear i didn't want a phone conversation  with these people you just meet out on the street or wherever, it's really random, some might just ask for your number for the sake of having it  edit QUOTE(x0sugaxhunni0x @ Jan 10 2005, 1:04 PM) Yea the first time i met my boyfriend he asked for my number and i gave him my cell phone number. Yeh, my boyfriend asked for my number on a Friday night and he didnt call me until Sunday night..
It is sort of like a rule, but dont worry, he will call. |

hmm i dunno....cuz a guy neva relli called b4..i mean dey ask fer mai # but den i told them not to call becuz i wud be in BIG truble if dey call n mai mom or dad or brother piks up. So i normally call them..=\..anewais..i think da reason dat he didnt call yet is maybb esh shy? o.0..i ono im jus guessin..

Don't sweat it. Guys do this all the time. Sometimes it can be like 2 weeks before they call. but don't be too suprised if he doesn't call..it's just how guys are

Hmm I don't give phone numbers to the strangers. How long have you known that guy? Well I gived my cellular phone number to a stranger that I never met in real-life. But I don't care cause my cellular phone is going to be changed next month haha.

things you should know about a guy....if you give them your number..make sure you have theirs too...becuz well sometimes they lose it, forget to or just want to be in control of the err...relationship?? So they tend to wait out..meh, they want you to cave..to call them..if you like him alot, give in to your pride and call...*lol* but if you can hold out then it'll tell him you're not easy and that you won't cave in so easily...
