Okay, I need to upload to ftp://atpx.net... because I got a domain. I'm there, and I see cgi-bin and another thing that caps me a 100mb. How do I upload a file there. I can't find a way. Jeff, who gave me the domain isn't sure either, and I'm not allowed to download software... as of now... don't ask.
