Cranberry and walnut turkey burgers, garlic mashed potatoes and baby peas. We're all trying to eat healthier here so I'm experimenting a lot. The turkey burgers actually taste really good!

I can't even count how many turkey sandwiches I've eaten since the start of last fall. I like chicken and usually dislike beef (i.e., beef used in burgers, and steak), but I can never hate on turkey. It's my favorite kind of lean meat.

Oh I love beef, but I limit it to once a week (depending on the circumstances). Turkey is definitely a staple now.

I don't even really like sirloin steak. People are shocked and wonder what's wrong with me when I say I dislike steak, but it's healthier to eat other types of meat. I also love salad and raw vegetables now.

Just made an egg white scramble with egg whites, jalapenos, green peppers and goat cheese. It's awesome and virtually guilt free (minus the goat cheese, but didn't use a lot of that).

Goat cheese on crackers is such a tasty snack, and goat cheese is perfectly melted on stir fried vegetables, and goes great in lasagna, and on burgers, and anywhere you can think of that cheese is applicable!

Point is that you're one ugly dude. I'd give you the award for most ugly guy on the forum.

Stop. Both of you.

Steven - I put this honey goat cheese in salads. It's amazing.

My favorite: Red leaf lettuce, red onions, honey goat cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts
