Alice in Wonderland was a porn movie as well, and I'm sure it's better than anything Tim Burton can do. I mean, read the plotline!

I saw some of the posters at the movie theatre today.. and omg, I'M SO EXCITED!!!
Johnny Depp looks like Carrot Top and Helena Bonham Carter looks like a caricature LOL. Wicked. |

The pictures looked a bit disturbing to me at first, but it's definately creative and interesting. I've never been disappointed by the Tim Burton and Johnny Depp combination before, so I'm excited. The only thing that makes me slightly apprehensive is the fact that I never was a really big fan of Alice in Wonderland.

I always loved Alice in Wonderland, I just hated how people pass up the opportunity to make it how it should be. Creepy and weird. So I have high hopes for this.

WOW the pictures look stunning!
I think it's only appropriate that Alice in Wonderland be taken to this weird level. The story itself is pretty trippy...hell, even the Disney movie scared me shitless as a kid. Reminds me of the weird movie Through the Looking Glass with Kate Beckinsale as Alice I saw many years ago randomly, on TV. |

With Burton there's always a role for Depp and Carter. But I have to admit they do well together. While not all of his films are top notch like always, I look forward to see any of his movies that come out. I never red the book, or seen from start to finish the Disney version of this story.
