This obviously isn't the correct way to introduce myself, but I've been a part of Createblog for a few years, and this is my first post.
I made this header for a xanga layout I was planning on making, however I need some critiques before going through with it. It's also the first header I've made.  Help? Thanks (= |

Tbh, the idea's nice but I'm not feeling the borders you used for your image. And I would have done some editing to the images. :/ That's just my opinion though.

I like the idea but I think it's a little big, imo. Unless your going to size it down on your actual layout, I don't know. But that's just my opinion.

The left side appears to have more weight than the right side. If you put that on top of a blog, it would look imbalanced, in my opinion.
I think it would look better if you moved the image that is currently in the top right and put it in the bottom right. Also, I think the borders need to be more clean, not all over the place like they are now. Some spots in the border have white showing through, and I think it would look better if that was covered up. |

Yeah, some editing to the images would be nice and maybe even a grungy sort of texture on the images would look good. And I agree, clean up those borders some and it'll be lookin nioce.
