Please don't dance like Elaine.

You know, I can't dance really so I'm not sure what advice to give. I just stand around and move my head a little. haha

Just really feel the music & dance. It's harder said than done. Just have fun. Don't be afraid to do whatever. :)

You can get away with moving your hips and putting your arms above your head frequently. Move your head side to side and don't forget to close your eyes and smile.

it's crucial that you can feel the beat. this one time i was out with friends..and one of my friends kept complaining that she couldn't dance. and she cant. i was counting the beats out loud for her...and she still couldn't feel it. i wanted to smack her after that.

Just feel the beat. Its easier if you know the song. Kinda rock to it. Once you start to really feel it, put your back in motion. But always stay on beat. Its hard to teach someone to dance. Especially since I dont dance much. Dont get me wrong. I can dance. I just dont.

^agreed. if you don't know what you're doing and no one will teach you, a simple 2 step is the way to go. ever see that movie Hitch?
