dude this topic is funny, well I believe from what I heard, babies cant exceed a certain weight at birth nor can they be too skinny or premature, I guess the baby has to "fit" the criteria causing so many people to be uncircumsized

haha yeah. It was standard procedure at the time, and well, my parents had no problem with the doctor cutting my boy.

its also practiced to practice hygiene.

Circumcising is usually to prevent infection. But my parents told me it has something to do with the religion too.

when a guy is circumsized it makes the cleaning easier for the parents because you have to clean everything down there real well when you change their diaper and what not. and recently its a thing that people just assume is a health benefit when its actually not... it does nothing for the guy to benefit his health if you cut off the extra skin (schmuck is what its called lol, so now you know what people are calling you if they call you a schmuck, its a jewish word)

however there is a benefit during sex. because the head is protected by the skin your more sensative thus making sex more pleasurable.

lol, i just read this thing about religion. usually jews do get circumsized and im not sure why to be honest. i think someone told me once it was because hebrews lived in the desert and they all got circumsized because of the sand and its more sanitary in those conditions. also another thing about it is that black people waayyyyy back when couldnt afford to be circumsized and white people did so if your parents are racist your most likely circumsized, unless their racist and poor...

another thing, you can get circumsized later on in your life if you choose too. i believe its like a month of healing so no whackin it or sex or oral or anything... just peein and washin. so some parents will not circumsize their kid and leave it up to them when they get older if they wanna get snipped or not.

Many people like to think that if you are circumcised you dont last long enough during sexual related activities and also like to state that you are also less sensitive. But anyways, it doesnt really matter. Its not genital mutilation.. do you call it Facial mutilation when people get plastic surgery? Lolz. Also, please stop comparing it to your eyelids. They actually serve an important purpose and without them we would be blind. You dont really need the skin there, yet it wont kill you if you do. Most people dont even know what circumcision is.

If you live in a community where most boys are circumcised, you will probably want to be circumcised to. If you live where most boys aren't, there wont be a particular need for it either.

oh and on a side note, if you get phimosis, (where the hole of the foreskin is to little to let you acheive erection) your docter would most likely recommend circumcision anyways.
