Well, my parents haven't been laid off or fired, since they've been there long enough to be bosses.

Since I work at a local fleamarket, less customers have been coming out since Gas Prices are unbelievable.

Just got into a new contract. Actually working with the government of Australia, U.S., Canada, and U.K.

So no worries for now as I was guaranteed that even if there was an economic crash I would (a long with all the other employees) be taken care of.

Prior to that, I had to slow down on buying clothes and video games.

Well, I don't have a job. And it's been hard finding one.

Jury's still out on whether that's the fault of the economy, the general suckiness of my résumé, or the fact that I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.

Companies are sucking money out of my brothers salary, which means I get paid less because I work for him. No joke, last year my brother had to pay out 90%+ of his income.

Slowed down on buying video games.

I don't make as much money as I used to. I'm under $5k a year. Which still isn't too bad for a 16 year old unadvertised freelance web designer from South Mississippi.

My parents still have their job but they are making a lot less. We live in michigan and right now its just hearing how bad the economy is. Our school is trying to preserve money so they only have the heat on for about an hour and they don't always keep the lights on.
Though i find it stupid because they spend large amounts of money on other shit that we dont need.

though back to subject, i know a lot of people who our suffering and just out of my town there's a small town that i feel will soon be a ghost town within the next 2 years. My friends house got taken away, they luckily have a new place.

^ Well it really depends on what kind of job you're looking for, right? It's not like Carrie's gonna settle for working at the university cafeteria or driving people around.

I still live with my parents... but that's because I can't find a roommate or a place closer to school to live.
