I don't take my anger out of people, I just let them know what's bothering me. Or what I usually do is distance myself from the person I'm mad at.

Usually i dont take out my anger out at people. And if i do its sadly my sister.
Though yesterday was the first time i ever leashed my anger out at someone and i ended up slapping him. he deserved it though.
